Corruptions on National Government to Local Government considers its primary cause why they do that to our nation.   National Government uses its power of superiority that can contribute to  different kinds of degrading quality services. Corruption is a dishonest or criminal attitude by those in power, typically involving bribery. It is also an unethical control by a person entrusted with a position of authority. There are different classifications of corruptions such as petty, grand and political corruption.

Petty corruption refers to everyday abuse of entrusted power by low- and mid-level public officials in their interactions with ordinary citizens, who often are trying to access basic goods or services in places like hospitals, schools, police departments and other agencies. Grand corruption is defined as corruption occurring at the most extraordinary levels of government in a way that involves significant subversion of the political, constitutional and economic systems. Such corruption is commonly found in countries with authoritarian or dictatorial governments but also in those without adequate policing of corruption. Political corruption is the abuse of federal power, office, or resources by elected government officials for personal gain, by extortion, soliciting or offering bribes. It can also take the form of office holders maintaining themselves in office by purchasing votes by enacting laws which use taxpayers' money.

There are also issues that leads to corruptions on national government to local government like personal greed, lack of transparency in an institutional level, slow judicial process and lack of courage to denounce corruption. Personal greed leads to an unfettered desire for money or power, with no regard whatsoever to moral boundaries. The underlying anthropological cause is the innate human impulse to own external goods, when it is not  subject to  ersonal integrity.Lack of transparency in an institutional level is what most crisis communication experts agree that transparency is key to maintaining or regaining the public’s trust. Lack of transparency can obtain devastating effects that sometimes leave a permanent stain on a company or brand’s image. Slow judicial process, in some other countries, we would have to add “and unreliable” to that statement. Swift processes can have a more primary exemplifying effect than those that, by the time the sentence comes, the crime already is nearly forgotten. Justice requires appealing processes and warranties, but not if it means slowing down the administration of justice. Lack of courage to denounce corruption is the case of someone who is aware of corruption and stays quiet. They simply cover for the corrupt individuals, perhaps Thinking that it is not their problem, or perhaps out of cowardice, so as not to establish their lives more complicated.

There are some ways on how to prevent corruptions on national government to local government like to end impunity, promote transparency and empowering citizens. End Impunity, effective law enforcement is essential to ensure the corrupt, are punished and break the cycle of impunity, or freedom from punishment or loss. Successful enforcement approaches are supported by an effective constitutional framework, law enforcement branches and an independent and effective court system. Promote transparency, countries successful at curbing corruption have a long tradition of government openness, freedom of the press, transparency and access to information. Access to information increases the responsiveness of government bodies, while simultaneously having a beneficial effect on the levels of civic participation in a country. Empowering citizens, strengthening citizens demand for anti-corruption and empowering them to hold government accountable attend a sustainable approach that helps to establish mutual trust between citizens and government. For example, community monitoring initiatives have in some cases contributed to the detection of corruption, reduced leakages of funds, and improved the quantity and quality of civil services.
